The Grand Cru Chocolate is made from the Criollo-precious cocoa bean with the designation of origin Maracaibo, Venezuela. The best precious kakaos from top-class locations, for which the farmers get more than the Fairtrade price, are processed in a traditional way, slowly and gently.
This outstanding quality has led in a blind tasting to the award "The best chocolate in the world" by the independent "Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani".
The raspberry is one of the most popular and flavored summer fruits. It belongs to the rose plants and can be up to 2 meters high. At the Vinschger Sonnenberg, the almost mediterranean climate with great temperature differences between day and night, it finds optimal conditions for your thriving. The very sensitive fruits are carefully padded by hand from the peg-shaped fruit base and are processed further for your full aroma. Raspberries are true health-makers, contain a high proportion of magnesium, which supports the muscle, nerve, and brain function. In the processing for our raspberry chocolate, a third of the cores are deliberately left in the filling. This gives you the very special aroma.
